Hello sir, I made a deposit on 17 June 2021 with amount 900 INR, but amount is not credited in my gaming email is < email removed > registered at casino joy. I made a deposit through phone pay upi method mentioned in deposit. I summited the contact form in casino joy but they did not respond me .I email him 2 times but they didn't reply yet. What would I do now? I can't understand why they use chatbot instead of human beings. I call him but call not said not available right now.

We have checked your account and can see that your deposit of 900 INR has failed from your payment service provider's side, therefore the funds have not reached our accounts. In such cases, we would suggest that you speak with your payment provider so that they will be able to investigate this further for you, as the deposit might be stuck from their end.

I catchup my bank and they informed me that amount is credited to merchant account but casino joy refuses that they do not get money.i provide screen shot for same

The screenshot you provided does not show that the funds have been credited to Casino Joy, and we were also unable to locate any transaction on our systems with the transaction ID provided. The only transaction we have is showing that it is failed, and this would mean that we have not recieved any funds from our end.

We can double check this for you, but in order to do so we would need a bank statement dated from the 17/06/2021 showing that the transaction has been sucessfully deposited to the casino, as well as showing all relevant transaction details. You can send this via email on suppor­t@c­asi­noj­, the support team will then escalate accordingly.
