My money still pending of 400$. On there casino site it say 3 to 5 business day. Fist, after the 5 business day. I contact by chat and there say to wait up to 14 business days. Now its been 1 month and there always say "problem with the withdrawal department and it depend of the volumes of the withdrawal."
My fist withdraw of 250$ take 5 days to receive by e transfer you can see in the picture i attach.
Second withdraw since 10-10-2020 nothing yet and still pending.
