Waiting on funds for 10 days

I was told to verify my account which I have sent loads of my documents off driving license and letters , my account has been verified now, but my withdrawals still haven't been paid out, when contact them they all say it's with the relevant team and be patient but 10 days on and I am still waiting for the withdrawals of £1420, I still have not received any email from the relevant team or department regarding my withdrawals. All I want it what I have rightfully won £1420.

Kindly note we sent you an e-mail yesterday the 23rd of February 2022 explaining in detail the status regarding your Withdrawal.

Kindly note that as stated in the e-mail we have come to the decision to manually refund the deposit accordingly. This has been processed earlier today the 24th of February 2022
