Refusal To Verify Account
Last Friday 17 Dec made a cash out of £160. Shortly after they requested I verify my account. I was already fully verified so was confused but complied and sent over the requested documents again. Had a few emails asking for more things and each time promptly sent. However now they've cut off all contact with me. Havent replied to an email for more than 3 days, live help is copy and paste replies and phone line disabled. 6 days of waiting on a verification and no access to the £160 cashed out or the £39 in my balance.
Also at the same time I was selected for a safer gambling review. I replied instantly to some questions asked of me and have had no reply from that either even tho stated 72hrs max for a reply.
Both of these processes seem to be a stalling tactic to avoid paying my deposit out
