Delayed PayPal Withdrawal Request
I submitted a withdrawal request for £625 via PayPal - which should have entered my account "instantly" as per the casino gods withdrawal guidelines and timescales.
However, approximately 40 minutes later, I received an email asking for me to verify my account.
Despite my ID and address being verified, I have still not received the funds requested.
As per the gambling commission website - "Where a gambling business delays a request to withdraw funds due to insufficient ID, they may be in breach of Licence Condition 17 – Customer identity verification and may be subject to regulatory action".
I believe this to be the case here and having submitted all of the requested documents and ID, I would like this to be resolved swiftly.
