I verified my account when I registered for the casino and sent all documents. My account was fully verified on the 1st of Feb. Then I made a withdrawal request for 3000 on the 3rd of Feb.
Since then I have not heard a thing apart from it’s getting dealt with, be patient u don’t understand how it takes so long, and I’ve had no communication with them either so I don’t know what to do.
