Casino Gods Withdrawal Delay

Good Morning, I would like to place a complaint against Casino Gods. On September 12th 2022, I was very lucky and made 2 withdrawals of £10,000 (£20,000 total) when depositing I refused any bonus offers, so there were no wagering requirements at all. I waited a few days, but had heard nothing. I have been asking daily on live chat, but I get the same answers every single time. All I get told Is that it's been escalated to the correct department as a priority. I was fully verified after sending in all my documents on 15th September. Its now been 25 days and all I want is my winnings paid. I just don't know what else I can do. Thank you for your help.

Thank you. Money recieved today. I appreciate you letting me know. However nearly 2 months of waiting, I really think you need to take a look at this problem with all the complaints you've had over several platforms. If it wasn't for this, you would be a fantastic casino!
