Keep declining my withdrawals without any further information and details

Hello,
So my problem this that casino is not letting me to withdraw my funds.
As you can see i deposited money and after several days went for a cashout.
They asked for documents and live chat said it will be 48h to verify my account.
Till this day i am not able to withdraw money, i am able only to deposit and play but not to cashout.
When i write to support they give me same answer that i will be contacted as soon as possible. But allready passed 8 days AFTER i sent my documents with no reply from them after. You can see dates and time and all declines and everyt time with same answer and no reply from security "department"..
So 8+ days from when i started the withdraw and still no answer from casino about anything as live support only say that security department will contact you as soon as possible that is it.. and they never do.
I hope i am clear with my issue.

Thank you ask gamblers for fast reply. This is really a great service.
Casino verified my account today and i was able to withdraw the money.
Amount of disputed withdrawl request was 8+ times. As every day from april 11 i tried to withdraw the money. Every day it got cancelled till today.
Casino replied that they had issues regarding Easter holidays.. I didn't like to wait for so long but casino finally verified me, so this issue i had is resolved.
