Played on casino and requested withdrawal (deposited and requested withdrawal via apple pay), withdrawal has been approved and money released on 23/10/21 - that was told by casino and that money will be in my account in 1-3days but they still not in my account. Checked with Apple Pay and my bank and no money was sensed to them. Please help.

Good morning,
yesterday 1st of November 2021 casino cruise has put back money into my casino account and asked to withdraw again because they had issue with world pay apparently and that i will be priority.
After i requested to withdraw then they asked upload documents, but im away now for 2 weeks and dont have any physical documents on me so i send to them everything what i have saved on my phone.
It feels like that its usual practise in this casino to let people to sign in , deposit and play but when it comes to withdraw they delaying and finding excuses every time to delay payments. and definitely not following gambling licence agreement
