Hello Ask gamblers, I am looking for help here. I had some money on Casinia and tried to withdraw. It has been pending for long time, that happened is :

I have delayed payments since 21 of December 2024.

I asked to withdraw my money (127$) and everytime I call the support they saying "Thanks for your patience and we will ask the money department" After that nothting happens, it's good that I didn't put bigger amount of money.

Can you pls help me?
