I registered this casino on 2.12.2022. I won pretty nice amount and have been trying to withdraw them. My first withdrawal was accepted instantly, but other three are pending. The second withdrawal has been pending since 4.12.2022.

The problem is that they do not check my documents. I sent all of them on 10.12.2022 so it has been fairly over a week already. Then I asked several times about when will they accept them, but they have not answered anything (as you see, the last time was 14.12.2022 with no answer yet after 5 days).

I am worried about this and thus I seek help from here. It feels so wrong that they keep my funds pending for over 2 weeks and do not even answer my questions. Moreover, they paid the first withdrawal instantly so it is very odd that now they started to stall.

Today, after all this waiting, they suddenly sent an e-mail asking a bank statement. I sent it instantly. Lets see how long time it takes to check it this time. I will keep you guys updated here.

By the way, the whole amount I have in Casinia is 5875 EUR, but "1494 EUR" in the heading means only the 3 ongoing withdraws (bc of limitation of max 3 withdraws at same time).

Now they cancelled two of my withdraws due "timeout" - VERY STRANGE.

Casinia, I request my whole balance to be withdrawn asap. I follow the process here and keep updates about the actions of this casino.

Furthermore, according to the following point of our Terms and Conditions, the withdrawals have to be made according to the limits tied to the account level:

6.12 All withdrawals are processed according to our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into consideration the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.
