I registered this casino on 2.12.2022. I won pretty nice amount and have been trying to withdraw them. My first withdrawal was accepted instantly, but other three are pending. The second withdrawal has been pending since 4.12.2022.
The problem is that they do not check my documents. I sent all of them on 10.12.2022 so it has been fairly over a week already. Then I asked several times about when will they accept them, but they have not answered anything (as you see, the last time was 14.12.2022 with no answer yet after 5 days).
I am worried about this and thus I seek help from here. It feels so wrong that they keep my funds pending for over 2 weeks and do not even answer my questions. Moreover, they paid the first withdrawal instantly so it is very odd that now they started to stall.
