This bookie is such a wicked and heartless bookie. I have been using this sport bookie for more than 8 months.

I have done my kyc in the past where I submitted all documents that was requested from me. However I placed withdrawal on the 3rd of March 2023, casinia kept delaying my funds and sent a mail that my funds would soon be processed from their financial department on the 9th of March.

On the 10th of march, which is on a Friday, casinia sent a mail that I should send my ID document, which I have done previously. However I forwarded my ID document to them, on the 12th of March. Casinia informed me that my funds failed to process without any reason and I should resubmit my withdrawal.

I have resubmitted my withdrawal. My fund is yet to be in my neteller account. This is 16th of March, more than two weeks since casinia deliberately withheld my funds.

i have just discovered that neteller have been removed as part of your withdrawal option. which was still available up till the 17th of march 2023, you did not send any pre notice to your customers why you have deactivated neteller from your withdrawal options, i do not have an account with any of your withdrawal options that is available at the moment, moreover customers would need to deposit funds with the payment options available before they can withdraw funds
i am appealing that you find a way of transferring my funds to me. i can provide a btc wallet if need be

At the moment, i have registered an account with skrill and trying to verify my account with skrill, which takes some time, since the deposit and withdrawal method i have been using (Neteller) is no longer available. This may take some days before i can attempt to withdraw from Casinia. so right now, my funds are still been held with casinia

Casinia, you are not truthful. i suspect you guys are deliberately withholdng people funds . i have inputted a skrill account, this is the message i get. " Oops! something went wrong, check out our help centre for more information." This bookie is no longer paying withdrawal, new players should take note
