Canceled ‎€1,700 withdrawal due to unverified accusations

Hello,
casino has canceled my 1700 euro withdrawal due to my bet was higher than 5 eur.
I did not bet 5 eur .my bet was 0.15 eur playing Aztec Magic deluxe and 2.5 eur playing Platinum lightning. I know this rule very good because I play more than 10 years in online casinos and most casinos has this rule when playing with bonus.
Casino has provided me with screenshot showing my bets of 45 eur at the time when i was left around 300 euros to wager and had in my account around 400 euros. I believe this must be some system error which caused this error.Please investigate this issue because I never bet 45 eur per spin having bonus on my account.My deposit was 20 eur and I got 10 eur bonus and in the end I had 1700 eur winnings I casino is making excuses not to me this money to me.
Besides on my account when I look at game history I DO NOT see bets of 45 eur all my bets are 0.15 eur on Aztec magic deluxe and 2.5eur on Platinum lightning .They provided me with sceenhot showing 45 eur single bets but it may be fake.Please investigate this issue.Thank you

My answer is that I did not bet 45 eur single bet.
But now when I look back and am trying that happened I remember that was playing auto play at 0.15 bet and suddenly bet size was changing many times higher and lower. This was done by someone in your casino and then you blaming me that . I have done this.I play at online casinos more than 12 years and never ever played more than 2.5 eur bet per spin.And now this is 45 eur bet per spin!!!Completly crazy!!!
I already informed Curacao gambling authorities about it.They will take full investigation .

We have checked the bets precisely together with the Finance Department and can confirm that the bets have exceeded the minimum allowed. Your winnings have been canceled by the Financial Department in accordance with the paragraph 4 of the Promotions Terms & Conditions "The maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus money is 5 EUR until all necessary wagering requirements are met. If the maximum bet is exceeded until all the necessary wagering requirements are met, the bonus and all winnings will be canceled. This decision is made by the casino's administration."

The casino is unwilling to re verify my account and 2500e stuck on CampoBet
It's been 3 weeks approx since this saga started with Campobet when I tried to make a withdrawal of 500 euros since that's the single withdraw limit. I have made withdrawals before on Campobet and my account has been verified before, so I didn't expect any issues this time either, other than a single withdrawal usually takes around 3 working days so the process itself is very annoying and takes time when you try to empty your roll. After my withdrawal request, Campobet decided that my account was not verified anymore and I would have to send every document again to proof my address and identity, so I sent them everything they required, electricity invoice, bank statements, photo of my ID (multiple times through document uploading page and support e-mail). Now they are insisting that the documents are not real and the bank statements are not the original ones uploaded from e-bank, which they are. I don't understand how they can make such claim and I don't know what to do anymore. I've been going back and forth with their customer servants but again nothing has happened in a week.

I suspect that the re-verification requirement is because I switched address about 3-4 months ago and my account was verified when I lived in previous address. I tried to change my address to campobet but the customer servant said that "You need to verify your account first before you can change your address". So now I am not able to change my address on the site - to the address they require - to get my account re-verified to get withdrawals through. They've required proof of my former address, which I've sent and they still haven't updated my address. My former place is still under my custody and is even visible in my current electricity invoices, but still they won't do anything.

So that's the case in detail, really don't know what the next steps are to save the approximately 2500 euros stuck on the site.
