Please help my withdraw my money. This is non stop cancelled on casino AmunRa.

I play on casino AmunRa and I win money 900 euro and casino AmunRa make non stop my withdrawal request cancelled. I'm contact support chat and agent speak for mi must my account verified and my money pay on my bank.

My account is verified Monday, and agent speak for my pay withdrawal request is planet on 2.04.2021.

I make today contact support and agent speak for my, my withdrawal is also cancelled. Why I don't now. I'm my account verified.
