Hi i have two problems with betsofa Casino: First i setted a daily deposit limit on 29.07.2022 at 100€ daily.
The deposit limit did Not Work, i cashed in a total of about 935€ , so i want the 835€ which were paid over deposit Limit Back!
Also i asked for self-exclusion on 30.07.2022 for lifetime, instead my Account was setted on cool Off until 29.08.2022 and was Not self-excluded.
I give you the proofs with this complaint, maybe you can Help.
