I made my first 2 deposits, as the screenshot shows I received only 111% + 20 free spins on the first deposit, and 66% on the second deposit + 33 free spins. In the other screesnhot I highlight in red the terms of the bonus which included 3 other packages of 20 free spins per day, plus 2 packages of 33 free spins per day, however I have not received this. Also in the other screenshoot I show my deposits and bonuses received. The chat for 8 days has been repeating the same things, which have technical problems! I wonder how a casino with such a high and disproportionate score can adopt these behaviors. Please give me my bonus.

First of all, thank Askgamblers for your attention to me, having taken into consideration my complaint. As for the casino, it is evident that it is confusing to read the screenshots, it exchanges the 111% and 66% bonus that I was unable to complete because I lost, with the free spins, not because I refused the free spins.
