I have requested this be withdrawn via bank transfer as they keep rejecting my withdrawal

They cancelled my withdrawal AGAIN. With no explanation whatsoever. I’ve wagered over $3000, I’ve deposited $2000. Explain? I did not take any bonus so why do you keep rejecting my withdrawal.

As per our terms and conditions with regards to deposits and withdrawals, you have wager the deposit amounts 3 times before we can process the withdrawal.

I understand that you had placed a wager limit for 24 hours and thus not met the wagering requirement yesterday however you are welcome to complete your wagering today and make the withdrawal accordingly.

Pretty disgusting! Yesterday I was told to wager a further $628 so I could withdraw the remaining balance. I wagered $1000 and was told I was good to go. Now I’m told that was just on the first deposit. I’m told now I have to wager a further $700+ . . I see what’s going to happen here!!! This really is disgusting. Chat history attached.

So there we have it! I lost everything. The casino removed my wagering restriction so I could wager again so I could withdraw? I lost the lot!! The misinformation regarding this experience has been devastating. I was told by their customer service when I had $2000 that I didn’t meet the wagering requirements for withdrawal? And they said I needed to wager $628 more. Then they cancelled again and said they got it wrong and missed my other deposits (because I deposited again when the casino asked me with a notification) little did I know this counts as a whole new wager. Complete BS! But I was still told if I wagered $628 I could withdraw the balance. I’ve been completely screwed by these people.

They removed my daily wager limit that I set and of course I lost it. This is complete misinformation. I want my $2000 honest winnings back

Pathetic, they’ve offered a $200 bonus with $10000 wager as an apology! Laughable. They also failed to mention. . My wager limit should have been set to the amount I had to wager not completely removed!!!! I specially mentioned I wanted to keep track so then I knew how much I had wagered and could then withdraw.
