Good day,

I try to describe it in more detail. I deposited €120 at bankonbet. Receive a €120 sports betting bonus for your first deposit. In order to withdraw my money I have to place ten times my first deposit in sports betting. So a total of 1200 €. after 3 bets i was limited to 10€ per bet. I still need more than 1000€ to bet. So now I would have to bet 100 times for €10 to withdraw my money. I asked if they would at least return my payment. No, not possible. I have already asked twice about the reason for the limitation, it is so and I should accept it. Can provide screenshots of everything. In the meantime asked once in the chat, twice by email. Always the same answer, it's a decision of the administration, they can't influence it. what should i do now, my money is lost.

16.2.23 The Company has the right to limit the maximum bet for individual Events and also to limit or raise the maximum bet for specific persons without giving an explanation.
