To come straight to my issue, I have a pending balance of 180€ trough paysafecard, I have send in my documents last week and they got verified. Last Friday my withdrawal was been processed but they manage to send it to the email I have registered to the casino with. So they diddent process it to the email adress I made the deposit with. As I stated I have send in the documents and got verified. They manage to send the money to the wrong email, it got discarded. I got the balance back in the casino balance and made a new withdrawal. Today 18-04-20 I received an email that they would initiat a detail check, because the payment was discarded and saw in my email that it wasn't processed from paysafecard itself. So what I did is changed my email to the right one in my paysafecard details wich isn't forbidden and allout as the ID stays the same and the transaction is in my transaction history of the account.
They are trying to stall my withdrawal,
The reason is that I'm not able to withdrawal to skrill or a bank account is that they have issues with me to pay me to these payment providers. Don't ask me why I have verified them but they don't show up in my payout section as they should be there as I'm a player from the Netherlands.
Askgamblers I ask you to help me to get my winnings as, I'm waiting for almost 7 days and they state also that they process there withdrawal within 3 working days, but because they have discarded the first it looks like they can reroute there terms in this matter.

After I made the complaint last evening after 2 hours of the complaint written I have suddenly been paid!
I still want to say that what I have been expierenced, I would never be in that situation again as it verry nerve wrecking.
I want to still thank the live support and the financial department of AmunRa to still solve my issue, all tough I hope they still will check about my skrill issue as this payment method is not showing up in my withdrawal section
