Hi, i made 150 eur deposit 30 of June with Trustly and won 4003,25 euros at 1 of july, and got my account fully verified. I made 4x 1000 eur withdrawals with Trustly, which they rejected. Then they told me to do 3x 500 eur withdrawals, and i did as they said. First 500 eur withdrawal should be payed out today, but nothing happened. Second one should be prosessed 8.7 and third 10.7. I wonder do i ever get my whole winnings out of here.
I was told my second withdrawal pending time starts count after my first withdrawal was approved. If counted like this, three withdrawals would take a week. Based on your terms, max pending time is 24 working hours, all my withdrawals has been pending 5 days. Casino per withdrawal max is 1000 euros, and you cancelled them all. All my withdrawals pending time is much more than enough. Hope casino do something. Sorry for my poor english.

Update, first withdrawal was succesfull, but with this schedule 4000 eur withdrawing takes whole month, and i`m not satisfied with this. I made new 500 eur withdrawal yesterday, but no one knows when it will be prosessed. Lets wait for Amunra`s answer.
