Hi I joined Wildslots a couple of days ago and after a small deposit of £20 had some big wins and wanted to withdraw £1900. I did not accept a bonus so there is no issue there. I immediately sent them my verification details which they told me would take 24 to 76 hours to process. That was on Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I found the account was blocked and no-one will reply to my emails ( I sent about 20!) I managed to get onto Livechat without logging in but they were of no use whatsoever as they just kept saying they could not see the reason for the block and I would have to email. Last night I finally received an email saying the £1900 had been put back into my gaming account with no other explanation but the account is still blocked! Again, they will not answer my emails. Can you help me?

Have finally had a reply from Wildslots. They will refund £20 deposit ( have not yet done so) so I guess that is as much as I can expect. Thank you for your help.

The complaint has been reopened as per WildSlots Casino request. AskGamblers Complaints Team have been informed that their representative was having issues with his AskGamblers account and couldn't reply within the given time frame.

Thank you for your support - I have received a payment of £51 .00 ( have no idea where they got that figure from ). Not the £1900 I won before being blocked but better than nothing.
