On September 30th 2024 I deposited .00011 btc on to 7bit. Not attached to a bonus. I proceeded to win .0025btc. I’ve been trying (and failing) to cash it out for almost 48 hours now. I’ve recalled it and changed addresses a times (and yes confirmed all of them via email) but my final withdrawal request is time stamped 24 hours ago. They have all just been stuck on pending. It has NEVER taken this long to cash out anywhere for me! No help from customer support just told to be patient and wait for my turn in the queue… but I know that’s not a sufficient answer for what’s going on! And yes I’ve cashed out from this account many times. It’s fully verified.
It makes it impossible to not spend your winnings when you can’t get a timely cash out and that will always be a factor in choosing online casinos for me! I won on on a competitor casino yesterday and they were able to do the same thing I’m asking of 7bit within an hour. So what’s the holdup???
