ok fair enough just obviously I been told by few different companys that this is major and that very rare case

Also if some one else has my info they fall out with that company I could be exposed in ways that I should been protected so I beleive there has be a major correction and u r the only person I have heard say different no offence

Well reason I have said that about compensation as there manager from operations team that was the one mentioned it. So I was guessing that's what it will be I don not see how a company can give out all your info and what your complaint was about. To another player MAJOR ERROR and get away Scott free when it has potential to cause me major hassle this is what data protection about if shoe on other foot I sent personal info shore be very very different . I already rang up legal people they have already said u have a case straight away as soon as data protection was broken

hi im wondering if anyone has advice this is a very rare case I had a complaint with a company and had final response and they sent my final response with all my details to another player breaking data protection plus causing me massive stress and if this comes out and my info gets put on line and my complaint has potential to ruin everything in my life . I do not expect this happen I have been told to sue company as I can straight away for breach it is with there mhigh up managers now but what should I be looking for
