I've had my own fair share of that impulsive behaviour as well. What I try to do is stay away from the internet as much as possible. Or if I do play I try limiting myself to just playing for 2 - 3 spins and whatever the outcome that will be my quota for the day or week. It's worked pretty much for me. Good luck sorenjo!
