Hello, Yesterday the 7th of septembre i wanted to play on a freerolls at Videoslots Casino. By mistake, i click on one on the Head'up battle, the Gonzo Quest. It was 11 euro but for me it cost : Battle Entry fee 06/09/16 15:02:30 GMT $ -1.44$ Battle Buy-in 06/09/16 15:02:30 GMT $ -14.44$ I had just won 23$ on the weekly race, so there was not much left. I immediatly told customer service, that i wanted to unregister, but the clerck told me there was nothing they can do. God!! nothing they can do. I it always what i get when i have a request. So i played to game, i knew i was not going to get nothing. I lost 15$ and what they are saying to me is to wait for my cashback tomorrow ar least i have that. I am very upset about this and will go somewhere else. Somemething like that happen to you? Thanks Manon
