Hi im so sorry for my delayed response I was having technical issues which have now been resolved. I actually opened a complaint on here and since then things have moved forward although the withdrawal is still at pending but I an hoping they will pay up by end of tomorrow. if you want to read the full history the complaint will show up under jackpot paradise..thanks for your help Anna

I won on the 3rd October and still I've not had my money. it's been over 7 days since my last email yo security - no response. I'm becoming extremely frustrated and i've been made to feel like a criminal not someone that should be celebrating their winnings! The list of docs they needed was ridiculous. because my boyfriend has my mobile contract in his name I've also had to send in his docs too - which I have. They've also requested that I show thrm my last bill PAID IN FULL . can I ask what right they have in requesting this ? I've never seen anywhere that my mobile contract bill must be paid ..what's it got to do with them ? it's not even due yet which is what ive told them. I wouldn't of minded but once it'd authorised ut then takes another 10 to 14 working days for a bank transfer !!! what also annoys me is that they are happy to continually take money from you without one piece of verification. .yet low and behold you should win then they need every form of Id possible. .in fact I'm surprised they've not asked for my birth certificate yet !! I'd love to hear from anyone with experience /advice/knowledge or even sympathy *
