Hi all, Has anyone ever experienced a crash and then not get the winnings? I was playing and hit free spins with three gold symbols. Won a nice amount, but then the game crashed. Normally when I reopen it, the winnings is added up, but now nothing. I doesn't even show on my bets in my account. Luckily managed to get a screenshot:

Now I got a welcome bonus of 150% and raked up some winnings. Stupid me didn't read the terms good enough and betted more than the maximum (7 euro) allowed bet, so the chat-support (helpful guy) said I may be screwed... I know it's my own fault, but has anyone ever been in this situation? What can I do to keep the winnings? Thanks for any help.
