I do wonder whether the Bigger wins one gets during bonus's (which no doubt then have a 30 to 70x play through requirement making them all but to often meaningless) are there mainly to up the overall RTP?

I did like BGO although after initially what appeared to be decent regular (although little) payouts for a few weeks, once i became a regular the games suddenly appeared to play poorly which i found somewhat odd. Been trying Jetbull and i have to say very disappointed. Very rare features and when the games do eventually feature i'm lucky to get over £5 or £6 win level which i find remarkably poor considering it often takes £30 or more to even get a feature (with no worthwhile wins in between either incidentally) Have to say as a very regular player i very much dislike the way most of these online casino games appear to follow a rather concerning pattern...as in as soon as you drop below the withdrawal threshold the level of wins and features clearly drops significantly and it's very rare to get back above the threshold again!

I'm furious! I decided to close my account permanently with Slotty Vegas so requested they do this by messaging customer service live. A guy called "Sean" dealt with it and told me it had been closed. The following day i received an email saying i had self excluded myself from them and all connected casinos for 6 months! I contacted them again to ask what was happening and they tried to tell me it was UKGC regulations and they could do nothing about it! Despite my argument that i had just asked for an account closure. I messaged a "Sean" again and he tried to fob me off saying because i had asked them to close my account via a support message new regulations stated it meant i wanted to self exclude myself?? I mean seriously? I am aware that self exclusion goes on record and i am disgusted about it. Any advice on what to do next as i do not want a self exclusion against my name as it slights my character so far as i'm concerned!
