      The game froze, I refreshed, refreshed again on same game after watching replay and then reopened game on the sesktop with a live chat support agent window on the left side of game window. The next spin finally began, but this winning game did not award the credits! And It should be quite a large amount too looking at the stacked wilds + the feature multiplier. The support staff were supplied with the game snapshots including the url,time game frame number. Casumo still deny that this was a winning game. A nice big one too. I smell a RAT.

      In the bonus feature the frame flips around, reversed so the playlines are from right to left as indicated below. Base games playlines are left to right Feature playlines are right to left. So on the top side of frame I can have the purple item, then the next 3 reels are all stacked wild then more purple. Then on the underside there is the gold, then the same stacked wilds. There is over 100 winning playlines here.

      Didnt receive bonus. contacted support who advised me that there were no promotions available. They were quite happy to take my money though. "We are contacting you in relation to your bonus query. We have checked and would like to inform you that currently there are no promotions available to your account.
