Hi, I signed up using the link in the original post. The bonus wasn't automatically credited to my account. So I contacted live chat and sent the weblink. I chatted with Richard and he told me he would send it to another department to see why the bonus isn't credited automatically. The day after that I received an email telling me my bonus was waiting for me in my account. But after I login to my account, still no bonus. I contact live chat again. The person I talked to, told me my bonus was waiting for me but, since there was already a bonus active in my account, the bonus that was waiting wouldn't show until the 'active bonus' (to which I still had to opt in, so it wasn't that active) was removed from my account. So I asked what I had to do to remove the current bonus, so I could claim/opt in to the waiting bonus (5 no deposit). She tried to sort it out, but eventually also had to tell me she needed more time and would get back to me as soon as possible. A couple of hours later I received an email telling me that the exact weblink of the link I provided them was the following link: http://banners.unibet.com/media/bannerflow/data/maria/landingpage/1248_36333.html Also that I should carefully read the t&c for this promotion again since its a deposit bonus and wanted to know if I still wanted to remove the current bonus from my account and replace it with the 5 deposit bonus.
