Rizk Casino - strange records within game history

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Have just edited the title of your topic a bit, hope you don't mind.

As for the reported game history records, I guess there is only one source of information - the casino support team itself.

Keep us updated as soon as you got an answer, really curious to know what that means.

Yeah I have lots more to share with on this forum as I'll start using it more...

I will be around the forums a lot more now, I hate thinking (what should i do?) (can I make his a complaint?) (who's opinion should I ask?) (who has had this happened to before?)' so that's why I'll be using these forums to answer my questions, advice and others reviews..

I have other issues from casinos I should post up which are more bizarre than this post, Ahh online casino gambling can really suck at times due from just having low-latency, odd-gameplay, incorrect/missing-credit balance, conflicted-spins, faulty in-play sections.. ect..ect

So far Rizk support have told me it's just a spin that did work properly and got given my bet I had done back, which they said "maybe" so it's more of a guess but they have told me that tech support will look into it and get back to me, that's if they even get back to me lol

[ val that fine with the subject of post change ] when I first saw it i thought I didn't sound that smart or much care into the name of subject haha = D ]

So this is the e-mail i got, i find it unbelievable and no sort of evidence shown as i was told yesterday the same thing from a live-support being told i won $5 on that round and was delayed and some time later received the win or bet later on (this was a guess from chat-support) .... That day i deposited $200 in total and during all the spins i was getting constant lag(latency slow), logging-out and spins taking ages to stop spinning to show up not to mention never seen the several games played was awful barely a win.

I feel like asking for my $200 back deposit of at-least half back due to this issue, so i asked for a $20 bonus and was not able to.

..... What should i or what would you reply back with to this e-mail?.

Hi Allan,

Thanks for the screenshot.

The reason why it says that is because the bet you placed was returned to your Rizk-account.
This happens sometimes if it did not go through due to a technical error of some sort so all looks as it should and there is nothing to worry about.

Have a nice day!

Hmmm, to be honest I'm not quite sure what you can say to that. If the money for the spin was returned to your account then you're not at a loss. If you are looking for some compo then I guess you should just ask the casino.

ive had enough of this casino rizk too many errors and fault and just unprofessional ..

look at my video i was told this asking for compensation for awful gameplay as u can see in my video.

ERIKUnfortunately

not Allan. I just explained to you what caused this issue and that the outcome of the spin was correct. The reason why I'm coming to this conclusion is the technical aspect behind a slot machine which is a random number generator, also known as RNG.

Is there anything else none-bonus related that I can help you with today Allan? :-)

Now it is all clear... Each and every spin is associated with unique ID, and ID which could be easily tracked down to the gaming server hosting and handling all these transactions which is usually controlled by the relevant gaming provider. If the disputed spin never reached to that gaming server due to some tech glitch and/or communication breakdown or other software issue, then it means the spin is being invalidated and the bet you placed for that spin and which was reserved by the system is now returned back to your balance.

That also means you are not actually entitled any compensation, simply because there is no casino on this planet which would agree to pay for a bet which has never been 'consumed' by their system so to speak. :)

I rest my case

You just know what to say and when to say providing the evidence are there. I guess i know why Sharon wait for you to rather respond to awkward guidance, especially when players are wrong and blaming the casinos( not in this specific case), but in general. LOL.

 Always leave to Valdes, he always has the right words to say! But I'm learning, he's a great teacher and if you can't learn from the best who can you learn from!
