I had a major problem with gambling which I seemed to have kicked a few years ago.

 

However,

I relapsed over the weekend and ended up gambling over 1500 in two casinos.

 

I am so upset as I had written to the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities Malta and The Gambling Commission to ask that they provided me with a blanket ban from all casinos under their license. They said they couldn't which is poor for a start.

 

Roxy Palace were really helpful with me in 2012 and placed my name on a Central Negative Database (at my request) to stop me ever depositing at a Microgaming Casino or one that uses Datacash as their financial processor again.

 

I also contacted Netent and Cozy games to request the same thing. Sadly one of the casinos I was allowed to deposit at was a Partner of Cozy Games and the other was a Microgamming Casino!!!

 

What is one to do??? Especially since I have sought to do the right thing.

I'm really sorry about your having troubles with a problem gambling. And sincerely recommend you reading this guide as a start -  SOS, I am addicted to gambling - what to do?

 

Other than this, I'm afraid there is no way to self exclude from all operators using certain gambling software such as NetEnt and Microgaming for example.
