Vegas Crest Casino

I just learned this morning, about the wagering requirements at Vegas Crest Casino.  Although, my bad, for not reading everything completely.  This one really through me.

I made a deposit, and received a match bonus.  Wagering was $4000.  I decided to look at my activity page, and the wagering was at $7738.  I contacted live chat, and they were very helpful.

I had made a deposit on Jan. 30th, 2015, and lost my money, but because I did not complete the wager requirement for that deposit, they add the balance of it, to your next deposit.

Therefore they added $3738. from Jan 30th, to my wagering requirement from the deposit on Feb. 16th.

This is the craziest thing I have ever seen, but maybe other casinos do it also.  I thanked them, and said that I would not be back.

How could anyone possibly ever win anything, unless you were always really really lucky.

Thank you,

RAONOCOMAA

Hola raonocoma, it is always nice to see new members here but I do not like to see post like this. and I checked.. even my review is there.I could not remember at the moment what software is, what casino etc..

I did not find nothing strange in their TC but it can variate from bonus to bonus.

Which one did you claimed ?

I see this is rival casino, established 2014. I must say, you can ask here any time, where to deposit, you will get honest answers.

You could use Submit Complaint form here @AG http://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint-p47

but I would suggest you to make it clear before submiting complaint.

Did you emailed casino management or else ?

And after all troubles here it comes the last thing .. How could anyone possibly ever win anything, unless you were always really really lucky.

I found it really, really strange

Hello, and welcome to our forum.

Did you run the balance of your first deposit right down to zero? Even leaving a few pennies in there could keep that bonus active for your next deposit.

I don't know the terms n Vegas Crest Casino but I can't see they can just add the wagering on to your next deposit!

Thanks for the replies.  Yes, I ran my balance and I had 26 cents.  After I went back and read the terms completely, this is what I read.  Problem, I did make a deposit, when claiming another bonus.  I now still have $5800. to play through, from the original $4000.  I am going to talk to chat again, but when I spoke with them before, she said that was how it was.

  1. Play-through requirements will be carried over from a bonus if a later bonus is redeemed before making a deposit.

I just spoke with chat again at Vegas Crest.  They said that I had $1.16 left in  in my account on Jan. 30th. and I have to have less than $1.00.  When I checked I only saw .26, but it"s a little confusing to read.

Anyway, just beware that this could happen.  I do not think it is right, or fair, but I wanted to share with other people.

Thank you,

Hello raonocomaa and welcome to the AskGamblers forum.

There are at least two very important things you have to do BEFORE using any bonus at online casino:

1/ Read ALL terms&conditions associated with the bonus you intend to use.

2/ Make sure you understand every word within these terms. If not, you'd better contact casino support immediately.

I can assure you that as soon as you start doing point 1 and 2 from the above, your potential troubles with online casinos will decrease dramatically.
