Hippodrome casino - I've actually had an experience with them myself!

 

This was ages ago, but I received a letter in the post saying £10 had been put in my account as a free bonus. Logged into my account nothing there. Went to live help to ask them about it and they basically accused me of lying saying I didn't have a letter because they do not even send letters out!

 

The letter was a letter-headed letter with the official hippodrome casino logo, my account details, signed etc etc...it wasn't a third party letter or anything. I literally quoted everything on the letter to them but they point blank refused to offer me the bonus as they didn't believe I had the letter and wasn't even interested in me taking a photo of the letter and sending it! Rude rude rude

We like an affiliate, had a bad experience with Hippodrome, so they are kinda blacklisted here

 

Their land based casino in London is pretty nice, btw
