Players Beware Of LIVE Dealer Casino! Ask Your Casino Site For Details...

Recommended Posts

Hey players, this post is a warning to casino players who play on LIVE Dealer platforms. Recently, there has been a number of shut downs from casino sites stating that there is maintenance going on. I recently been in touch with a connection I have from a very recommendable casino that I play on. He told me the insider information that many LIVE Dealer casinos have failed to renew their license. This is a huge deal going on that are sometimes not even aware to the online casino websites. If you are experiencing any maintenance issue on live dealer, I suggest getting in touch with your casino to make sure you are playing on an up to date Live Dealer company.

Thanks for sharing with us Tom. But I'm afraid, that it is not quite fair to talk about Live Dealer Casino in general, nor to consider them all with the same quality of fairness of service. So, I would advise, you'd better state the names of casinos you refer to. Otherwise, your post does not sound very serious. ;)

Hey Valdes, LIVE Dealer is another option that is offered by many online casinos as an alternative to RTG Platforms. Its real time casino games with live dealers which you can physically see cards shuffled etc. Casinos like Betonline, Grand Parker Casino, ABC Islands Casino, Carbon Casino, Bit Casino, and hundreds of other casinos have LIVE Dealer as an option on their site. The reason why I am giving this warning, is because players do not have ANY connection to LIVE Dealer management. All that information needs to be provided through the online casino they play through. The only information I was able to receive, is that that platform I play on from ABC Islands was a Live Dealer Company that runs out of Costa Rica. I just think its fair to note that if others players are a fan of LIVE Dealer options, it would be good to know that its possible they are using a system which does not have an up to date license to operate.

So, you are talking ONLY about the Live Dealer games, provided by Real Time Gaming and not about the Live Dealer games in general. Cause, I can assure you that live casino versions, provided by Mirogaming, NetEnt or Playtech to name a few, are completely licensed and tested for fairness. ;)

Tom I think you have got confused somewhere. Live Dealer games are not an alternative to Real Time Gaming, it is a type of casino game, you could compare perhaps Live Dealer Blackjack to RNG Blackjack, or Live Dealer Roulette to the RNG/software roulette commonly found, there is no central 'Live Dealer Management', although there are many sites hiring this service from the same group of companies mostly located in Eastern Europe, but the fact players have no interaction with these companies is not important - the casino offering these games dictate the terms and conditions and rules of play whilst playing these games and whilst I have seen reports of people having some trouble when bets have gone missing in transit etc, even in that situation it is the casino you are playing at that will sort it all out, its not between you and the Live Dealer company they are using - if any - some have their own live dealer tables in house!

All 'Live Dealer' means is that you will be interacting with real people and real cards, roulette wheels, and so forth, and any licensing issues for companies providing these services are between the casino offering the games and the company offering the service, and nothing for us players to worry about - as long as the casino you are playing at has a valid license from a reputable jurisdiction eg. Alderney, Isle of Man, you have nothing to worry about.

Hi yapro! Yeah funnily enough thats the one - I'm a software developer/designer so claims of that sort intrigue me somewhat, so when he spoke of 'another forum' where it was already being discussed I just had to find it .. didn't take very long!

Must say I love the layout and design you've got here, very clean, modern and well thought out - is Valdes the 'main man' (or woman? :) around here?
