I am really pissed of at Ladbrokes Casino ,i did received an email this morning that they received my documents :o which I send them  on 5th May :

We received the copy of your ID and Proof of Address, it's now being reviewed by our security department. Once an update is available you'll be immediately notified.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we will be happy to help you.

what took them soo long to review or verified my account and now i talk to chat support again and again they told me to wait !!!! I asked how much more,hi told me just simple ,you have to wait  :o 

I am really dissapointed at Ladbrokes Casino I feel like  I "Thief "

He told you to just wait? And no timescale? Doesnt sound very professional for Ladbrokes I must say.

I think i should fill a complaint against Ladbrokes,because they have no intention to pay me ,talk to them again now and they told me that the withdraw is processed hmm and it stays like that for 5 days ,so they couldnt give me time frame and again they told me that I have to wait,they will inform me  :angry: ,what a support ,this is joke

update on what Sharon ,yesterday I talk to theirs manager and she said she will make a note of my withdraw ,but since the financial department was another department and there is nothing she can do,even she told me I have to wait??? and if nothing happened in the next 24 hours I could contact them again??? Are they serious or this is some joke ???can you believe even the manager couldnt give me time frame or something ,what kind of manager is that  :o

Well i read on few forums ,since they become playtech ,theirs payouts will be like this ,waiting,waiting and waiting ,I feel like i have done something wrong  :rolleyes: ,because they dont want to pay !!!

Last Night I talk to the manager again and she told me that she fixed the problem,they send me an email that my account is virified ,finally,so the next thing she said to receive confirmation email about the payment,so still waiting

What i did fined about them,that from now if you are cashing out from the Ladbrokes Vegas,it will take a time till you get the money,but if you cashout from the casino or games section then the cashing out is fast,isnt that odd  :o
