
Okay, firstly, i did a deposit on the 1st of april, by etransfer , I received all notifs in my email , all went good, the next day, i redeposited , same amount , i received my bank account notification that it has been accepted by Gigadat, i' ve spent whole day waiting for the funds to show up on my casino account, every 2 hours I was returning on live chat to question my deposit. now its been almost 24 hours no sign of my money, on my casino account details i can see the deposit was refused , but i received my bank notification that it was accepted by casino, so as you think i rechecked my profile details tried to validate my phone, never received sms, retried, unsuccesfully. chat agents tells me at first my deposit was refused, so i show them the proof that the money has been sent, then they tell me its pending, ...but we all know when they accept a transfer , they must put the money in casino account, they try to make me wait , for what? they screwed my day now im tired of ttrying to tell them their lack of professionnalism... I mean if it would of been my account verification, they would of told me... they just keep me waiting ,
