So I've been playing at wild tornado casino for over 2 years. Mind you I have made a few withdrawals in those 2 years. But nothing too large. Usually between $1000 and $2000 worth of Bitcoin or in between those amounts.
The first cash out I requested was right after my 3rd deposit with them. They made me send in all of my documents to verify I was who I said I was and they quickly approved it soon after. A day later I had my funds in my wallet.
It was a while before I had a couple more times and cashed out without any issues two other times. All was well.
Then just 3 days after my most recent successful cash out for $1200 in Bitcoin hit my wallet, I had mad a couple deposits and hit a for a massive amount. I had been playing in Doge on this day and started out with about 500 Dogecoin for my deposit and worked my way up to over 80,000 dogecoin. I actually got up to about 120,000 dogecoin at one point but played it down to 80k. Then I dart off to chat and tell them how happy I was and how much I won and all of that. I was really excited. I was planning on buying a car with this money since I lost mine to a non insured driver while my insurance was cancelled just 2 days prior for missing a payment. So car wasn't replaced and isn't drivable/salvageable. I made the largest withdrawal request they would allow me to make which was 25k of dogecoin.
Here is where the trouble begins.
I was asked once again to submit documents as I had just done 3 days prior and I thought that was kinda odd since they confirmed I was fully verified. Yet I did it anyways. This time I could tell things were going a bit different and not as smoothly. But I wasn't really worried too much yet. Days pass. 3 maybe 4 days and I started getting nervous. I asked chat about it and the assured me that they are working on it as fast as they can and that they sometimes can take longer than the 24 hours that they claim withdrawals are processed within.
Then I wake up the next morning to all of my winnings gone and emails stating they closed my account and confiscated my winnings. They then gave me an option that if I wanted they were able to send me back the last deposit I made to them. And that was all. They told me I was living in a country that they don't allow to play from. But that wasn't true since I was playing from Germany since I work half the year here in Germany. I don't have bills on my name here or receive any mail in my name here but I work here 6 months out of the year and I tried to explain that the documents that I have are from the USA but that I'm in a country currently that they allow to play from. And so they told me that is not there problem and that there isn't anything I can do at this point and that was the end of discussion. Here we are now this all went down on April 23rd. I ended up when it was all said and done just agreeing on allowing them to send me the tiny little deposit I had made as a refund as they offered. It's been over 2 weeks and they haven't even sent that back to me yet. So very unhappy and feeling like I was taken for a spin myself and really disappointed in them for doing this. My next step is to file a case with the right people and maybe get this all resolved but the money is forever gone. The deposits were all a huge waste for me to have made since the minute I would have won they were preparing to ban me and take my winnings. I have screenshots of everything, I even have recipes of the successful withdrawals from the past and it's the worst experience I have ever dealt with dealing with fraudulent casinos. I have been playing here for a while now and reached top VIP status and love the game selection and fast payouts. Would love to see more video poker selections and other new providers soon.

I am top VIP level and can’t withdraw any more than a regular player and that is not fair. What is the sense of betting large bets when even if you hit big you can’t withdraw timely. There is no benefit to playing large here and being max vip if you are treated like a regular player. The terms and conditions state that vip players may be given exceptions for withdrawals but customer service says that is not true. I would play a lot more if that was correct. But for now I will play mostly at casinos with no max cashout.

Sometimes customer service is dismissive and not willing to help.

They recently revamped the bonus structure and now you can’t get bonus from chat even for vip and that is not a good thing. The promotions have too high wagering, besides cashback.

This site is an absolute joke. I deposited 2500 4 hours ago, went to play some live dealer games(roulette) whenever I place a bet my balance goes to 0 and it pops out saying I have low balance please talk to cashier. Tired talking to CS, anything but helpful. Tells me its a tech error and ask me to try different live casino tables to see if the problem appears. Whenever I place small bets it doesnt occur and when I place big bets it appears and shows I have 0 balance. Extremely frustrated, the ONLY reason I played on the site was because ASKGAMBLERS rated this as certified.

Everything on web-site is very simple and easy to find. Played few games and managed to win something. Overall I had a great time at Wild Tornado. I think they have an intriguing concept with nice game selection and good welcome bonus.

Sometimes people on the chat seem to be not very friendly, but I believe they are busy. The only thing I would like to be added are more reload bonuses, but as the site is so nice in every other way I will still give it 10/10.
