My account is verified and have never had a problem with a payout, I'm a little surprised that payouts can take so long these days.
The saddest thing is that the support team does not show any initiative to find out the cause of the problem. At least contact the operator and find out what could be the matter?

Unfortunately I was not mentioned that you are solving, it was mentioned that I have to wait.
If I had been told by someone from the support team that you were solving the situation, I would not have submitted the case.
Sorry found confersation with one support operator, she was wrote me about PSP investignation, but it was 5 days ago.
