Trino Casino - Withdrawals pending for 10 days
I am contacting you to request your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with Trino Casino.
I created my account at the beginning of April, and my account was fully verified on April 10th. I have successfully completed two withdrawals without any issues, but I am now experiencing a serious issue.
I currently have two pending withdrawals requested on April 17th and April 18th. It has now been over 10 days, and I have still not received my funds. Both withdrawals remain in “pending” status, which I find completely unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed, as it is not reasonable to wait this long for withdrawals to be processed. I have contacted the casino’s live support multiple times, but I feel like I am not being taken seriously. Each time, I am told that my request will be forwarded, yet there has been no progress.
Additionally, I have already sent an email to their support team and have not received any response.
Please note that I have evidence for all of the above, including transaction records and communication history, which I can provide if required.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and helping me receive my pending withdrawals as soon as possible.
