Hi.
On friday (18th september) i was asked to verify my account.
I forwarded them the documents. They said the ID was unclear so i took new. Then after that they forwarded me a link asking me to verify my ID taking a photo holding it. I did that, and have heard nothing for 3-4 days now.
I tried contact livesupport they told me 3 times to wait. I tried reaching out again, but no answer.
I saw someone else on askgamblers with similar problem where askgamblers helped, so figured i would do the same.
I havent receieved an answer from them for almost 48 hours after i have asked 3 times + send the requested document long ago.
I have around 0.37 BTC in the account, and im not even looking to withdraw i would just like to play. They have disabled that aswell.
What i want: My account opened so i can once again play casino/betting and withdraw.
