Delayed withdrawal request of 550 EUR

Two days ago, I made a withdrawal of €550 in winnings at the casino. Nothing has happened regarding this matter yet. The chat support can only tell me that withdrawals are processed in order. Is there any chance I will receive my money sometime this year?
I cant recommend this casino to anyone if they cant pay winnings.
