In total I spent in this casino last month over 1000 euros, last week I did make my first withdrawal, the amount is 175 Euros, that was last Thursday.

Yesterday (Tuesday) evening , after I saw my payment is still pending and i still could cancel it, I did ask in the chat about it and they said to me it will be proceeded soon and their is no problem with the request. I also didn't even use a bonus.

Well okay, today I asked again and their answer was the same.

Now, nearly after a week is over I logged in my account saw that they just canceled my withdrawal request for no reason. The money is now again in my balance. Sorry, but this has supposed to be a bad joke.

I have no clue what that is about but now I have to wait again a week and then they will cancel it again or how does that work?

So it seems to me they don't want to pay out my money for whatever reason. I would be glad if someone would be able to could help to me to get my money. Thanks.

Well, after they canceled my payment without any info the second time, i sadly got impatient and was thinking: "well, i won’t see my money either way" and placed a few bets and now sadly the money is gone.

After is asked 2 times in the chat what the cancellations are about I a got later an e-mail in which they said, there was probably something wrong with my IBAN/BIC. But IBAN was definitely correct and normally the BIC-number is automatically calculated from the IBAN as far as i know.

But if there was really any technical problem, it would have made sense to me to contact me soon or the next 1-2 days after the request, not cancel my payment twice after nearly a week with no further information, so i had no clue what's that was about.
When there plan just was to delay the payment - well good for them i guess -, it worked. Well, as i gambled my money away i can't withdraw again and so i guess my case is somehow solved.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
