I have won $3000 and the casino is not paying me out. At first I was told to wait 3 days while they processed it and on the 3rd day I messaged them in which they told me to wait 5 days. On the 5th day they cancelled my withdraw request and told me to try again. This is very annoying as I just want my money and no real help on there behalf is being given. I also am only allowed to withdraw $1000 a day but cannot move onto the next $1000 until they process the first. I just want my winnings as I find it ridiculous to be running around in circles like this. Customer support just gives me generated messages which are no help at all.

Playzilla has contacted me about withdrawal. They have asked for my bank details and am just currently waiting for it to process. I will say they are very professional so far with the matter which I do appreciate. I will update once the payment has gone through :)
