Pin Up Casino withholds 7027 MXN violating Forced Payment Order from Curacao Ministry of Finance ID 61868027
1. Government Intervention: The Curacao
Gaming Control Board (CGCB) and the Ministry of Finance intervened in my case and ordered Pin-Up Casino to immediately transfer the funds. Evidence of the email where I notified the casino of this order is attached.
2. Evasion and Disobedience: Pin-Up has ignored the regulatory order and missed the Thursday (October 16) ultimatum. I attach evasive emails where they ask me to use the chat, ignoring the government's order.
Requested Outcome: I demand the immediate transfer of the $7,027 MXN to my registered bank account to close the case.

Su negativa a procesar el PAGO FORZADO bajo estas condiciones (saldo reconocido у cuenta bloqueada) constituye Retención Indebida y FRAUDE ACTIVO.
2. ACCIÓN PENAL INMINENTE (Riesgo que el casino quiere ocultar):
• El caso ya ha sido escalado formalmente con el regulador (CGCB) y el casino como un ACTO DE FRAUDE y la DENUNCIA PENAL en México es INMINENTE.
3. EXIGENCIA FINAL
• El casino Pin-Up tiene menos de 64 horas para pagar antes de que este caso sea cerrado por el foro y yo proceda a la Fiscalia de mi jurisdicción.
• Exijo el PAGO FORZADO INMEDIATO E
INNEGOCIABLE de mi saldo de $7,027 MXN para detener esta acción penal y el riesgo de suspensión de licencia.
Solicitamos que AskGamblers, dada la evidencia de FRAUDE ACTIVO, marque inmediatamente este caso como "Fraude de Casino" hasta que se confirme la transferencia.
