On April 15, 2025, at 11:19 PM IST, I deposited INR 10,000 (screenshot of payment attached).
I initially contacted PINUP Casino's chat support regarding the deposit issue, and they informed me it was a technical glitch that would be resolved shortly. However, after two days of following up, they denied receiving the funds.
Subsequently, I lodged another complaint with all the necessary proof, and they raised a ticket, requesting my bank statement, which I have attached herewith. Despite this, they continue to deny receiving the payment.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to secure my funds.
I am merely seeking the return of my own money, which I deposited through PINUP Casino's payment method. They are now completely refusing to refund or credit the amount to my account balance.
Please assist and support me in resolving this issue.

Dear Askgamblers,
Its been 9 days and pinup has blocked my INR 10000 deposit amount
First they told me its technical glitch and with get the deposit
2nd day they told me it will take 5 days to get credited in balance
and now they have denying that they have not received the fund.
I have provided all the document they asked me
1. Payment screenshot
2. bank statement
3. Bank confirmation screenshot that merchant has received the funds.
4. PINUP payment method QR code through made payment screenshot
Again attached all the payment confirmation
Now they have been fooling me and cheating with INR 10000.
As from there payment methods I made the payment on QR code (attaching QR code screenshot)
Kindly take action and get my deposit at earliest.
As PINUP CASINO is always delaying and now denying about my deposit. They are total scam and fraud casino.
ASKGAMBLERS team please help and take strict action and get my funds

We contacted the payment providers and received a response confirming that this payment was not made to our account. Additionally, the website address shown in your screenshot is not related to our project — we do not use any addresses like that.
