Dear askgamblers please help me on this matter as I deposited 4000 rs on 5th November 2024 and even after one and half month this amount not credited in my gaming id. My bank has also given the confirmation of payment successful. I am attaching the payment proofs.

Why pinup is doing this fraud. I can't believe pinup like a big casino can do this kind of things.

Pinup said that their payment system did not receive this payment but they are not giving any proof of this and my bank( HDFC) and Google pay by which I made this payment both are saying that this payment has successfully settled with the beneficiary account. I am totally helpless now. Now I have to escalate this issue with the social media platform so that other people can avoid from this cheater pinup casino.

I want to inform you that my bank and Google pay both are saying that the payment has successfully settled to beneficiary account and you people are saying that you did not receive the payment so once again I requested for charge back if it will not resolve this time then I have to approach the banking ombudsman and then consumer court regarding this.
So request to you please resolve it at your end.
