I have contacted customer service and just keep getting told to wait, been 48 hours now and still nothing. Tried to get them to cancel and put the money back in my pin up account but was told no.
I had no problem with the 2 withdrawals I did 30 mins before this one that is being delayed. Ever time I contact customer service they just keep telling they are working on it and need to wait.

"If the End User is having trouble locating the e-Transfer email, they should be advised to follow these steps specifically, in case it is being filtered and/or overlooked:
Using the email's SEARCH BAR perform a search using Keyword "INTERAC".
Include Junk/"Spam"/Trash in above Keyword Search and/or check Junk/"Spam"/Trash thoroughly
Turn conversation view/email threading off in inbox settings as this may group emails together
If they are still unable to locate the transfer, we will need to cancel the transaction and return the funds so a new withdrawal can be requested."
