Pending Deposit Rs 1999 Ticket ID 67245323
Respected AskGamblers and PariMatch Casino Team,
I am writing to enquire about my pending deposit of Rs. 1999 on PariMatch Casino.
The details of the transaction are:
UTR: 162930289776
Time of payment: 4:29PM IST
Date of Payment: 15th January 2026
I have raised this with the PariMatch support team and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Infact, I have also raised this via a ticket too but the ticket states I have to upload my bank Statement. The only problem is that the ticket does not provide for a method for me to provide the bank statement. I have on multiple occasions sent the team my bank statement via email and via live support stating that I am not able to upload it on the ticket directly. Kindly, look into this matter. I have attached the relevant email threads, ticket screenshot, and the payment screenshot as well. I am only receiving automated responses from the PariMatch team and hence request for official support.
I humble request the AskGamblers team to help me secure my deposit as this is a large sum of money and the PariMatch team has been unable to provide a satisfactory resolution to this.
